Ganadores de la 51a edición anual de los premios Emmy diurnos se anunciaron durante una ceremonia celebrada el 7 de junio de 2024, con el legendario Dick Van Dyke ingresando al libro de récords como el ganador de mayor edad de un Daytime Emmy. Van Dyke ganó su premio récord en la categoría Actuación en una serie dramática diurna por Days of our Lives.
“Esta noche celebramos los logros notables de lo mejor de la televisión diurna. Nuestra transmisión estuvo llena de momentos inolvidables, incluido el reconocimiento de Melody Thomas Scott y Edward J. Scott, ejemplos brillantes del legado duradero y contribuciones excepcionales dentro de nuestra industria”, afirmó Adam Sharp, presidente y director ejecutivo de NATAS.
Kevin Frazier y Nischelle Turner de Entertainment Tonight fueron los anfitriones de la ceremonia celebrada en el centro de Los Ángeles y transmitida en vivo por CBS. Los ganadores fueron votados por más de 1000 profesionales involucrados en la industria de la televisión.
